Hogan Dick

American actor who had a 12-year career during the 1930s and 1940s, appearing in over three dozen films, in roles which varied from unnamed bellhops to featured and starring roles. His final film performance was as the murder victim in Alfred Hitchcocks Rope (1948). He sang in local venues and modelled for department stores before entering the film industry at the age of 19. During World War II he served with a company of actors in the United States Army Air Corps. After his acting career he became an insurance agent. Dick Hogan died of a heart attack on 18 August 1995 at age 77 in Little Rock. Link to Wikipedia biography Read less
