OdioSantos Ulises

Costa Rican jurist, President of the Supreme Court of Justice of Costa Rica from 1983 to 1986. From age 21 he began working in the judiciary, as a clerk. Later he was Mayor First of Labor (1946-1951) and Second Civil Judge (1951-1964). In 1964 the Legislative Assembly elected Judge of the Civil Court Second of the Supreme Court, a position for which was reelected in 1971 for a second period of eight years, which did not end because in 1975 he was elected as a judge of the Chamber of appeal for the period 1975-1983. He participated in the drafting of various codes and laws and put great interest in the professional training of judicial officials. Retired in 1986. He died on 17 September 2008.
