The first writer on Latin American companies Administration. It is regarded as the most important in Latin America theoretical and practical business field figure. He contributed decisively to the creation of various administrative economic degrees in several Latin American countries during the second half of the twentieth century way. He was director and professor Fundador - Guest at various universities in Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Venezuela. His works are the basis of a complete Latin eclectic theory, his work is set within Schools Administrative Process, Personnel Administration and introduces the "management by objectives" concept.
