Rota Stefano

Italian singer who with Stefano Righi formed the Italo disco duo Righeira in 1981. They became famous in continental Europe for their single "Vamos A La Playa" (Lets Go To The Beach), composed together with Carmelo and Michelangelo La Bionda and released in 1983. The track reached #53 in the UK Singles Chart. A year later in 1984, it was followed up by the single "No Tengo Dinero" (I Dont Have Money). Both singles were successful in the charts. "Lestate Sta Finendo" (The Summer Is Over), was released in 1985 and became a number one hit in Italy, but failed to peak in the charts in other countries. Link to Righeira Read less
