American twins and children of noted parent, their mother is CNN anchorwoman and lawyer Nancy Grace, age 48 at the time of their birth. Their father is Graces husband David Linch. The twins are the couples first chldren. The children were delivered by Caesarian section and arrived two months early because Grace was experiencing pulmonary edema. Although the older twin, John David weighed 5 pounds 1 oz at birth, Lucy weighed only 2 pounds, 15 ounces. Nancy announced the pregnancy in June 2007, and the sexes of the babies in September.
