German television executive. Hofem-Best was Programme Director of RTL 2 until 2006, introducing programs like "Big Brother" and "Popstars". She then took over as Co-CEO of Discovery Communications in Germany until August 2009 and was responsible for the DMAX channel. She is currently the director of the Womens channel Sixx.
